You will be responsible in implementing the strategic plan to strengthen the identity and reputation of the Company.

Report any changes to the target market through analysis, highlighting implications or recommendations to change the marketing strategy accordingly.Overall responsibility for the Customer Relations Department, ensuring targets are achieved and the Team remains motivated and benefits from regular training.Oversee production and ensure efficiency of the Design Department.
Encourage creativity and 'thinking outside the box' whilst maintaining the Company's corporate image.
Also to oversee the print buying function to ensure quality work is produced at competitive prices.Train and coach the Marketing Executives and other Team members to develop their skills.Ensure the team is planning and producing quality award entries for appropriate industry awards to further develop our reputation as the best provider of retirement apartments.Be fully conversant with the Marketing database and computerised COINS System and make recommendations as appropriate to improve the quality of the marketing information extracted.Ensure the Company website is constantly reviewed, updated and maximised as a key lead generation tool.Attend Regional Sales and Marketing meetings periodically and make presentations as required.
Attend all challenging Site Review Meetings.Ensure that advertising, digital marketing and promotions for each Region are met by the Team in conjunction with the Corporate and Regional Marketing Plans.Carry out quarterly reviews with each direct report to review performance, have a formal opportunity for 2-way feedback and ensure consistent application of the Marketing Plan is implemented timely and cost effectively.Ensure all pre-marketing activity is carried out and meets required timescales, including site signage, Sales Cabins and Offices, literature and presentation support material in line with policy.Manage the Marketing and Media Agencies to ensure we maximise all opportunities and ensure the Team is effective in planning, organising, attending and communicating all events, exhibitions and presentations and monitoring results and effectiveness.Ensure up to date guidelines are in place to support the team with brand consistency i.e the production of accurate brochures and support material in accordance withCorporate guidelines and the provisions of the Property Misdescriptions act and make recommendations for improvements as necessaryAbout YouExperience 5 years' management experience in a marketing capacity or agency environment Digital Marketing knowledge/experienceTact and the ability to influence others are of major importance.
