We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across multiple brands, with a focus on driving demand, revenue growth and brand visibility.
The Role: As Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
This is a hands-on role where you will lead a small team and collaborate with external agencies to ensure the success of multi-channel campaigns designed to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-brand marketing strategy that supports revenue goals across our key sectors, focusing on construction, utilities, and related markets.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Guide creative direction and develop briefs to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives.
Lead and manage a small marketing team, providing direction, mentoring, and development to ensure high performance.
Oversee relationships with external agencies, ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed effectively and deliver measurable results.
Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage the marketing budget and track return on investment (ROI) to ensure the effective use of resources.
Establish and monitor KPIs for all marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance.
Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase our solutions and engage with clients and prospects.
Requirements: 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with a focus on construction, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
Proven track record of managing multi-brand marketing strategies and delivering creative and successful campaigns that drive revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing small teams and working with external agencies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools to measure and improve campaign performance.
Experience in account-based marketing and managing marketing automation tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential if offset by relevant experience.
