We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our collaborative and passionate team.
This is a pivotal role in shaping and driving our marketing strategy while ensuring effective alignment with our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and technical leadership.
Role Overview As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee and lead the marketing function, managing a small but dynamic team comprising an Events/Campaign Coordinator and a Website Specialist.
You will also play a hands-on role in marketing operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with the sales operations team and technical leads to support Ultima's GTM initiatives.
A strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 is essential to drive CRM and marketing automation initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Oversee the delivery of campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Marketing Operations: Drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations, including lead generation, tracking, and reporting.
Utilize Dynamics 365 for campaign management, segmentation, and data analysis.
Collaborate closely with the sales operations team to ensure alignment of processes and shared KPIs.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Support the development and execution of Ultima's GTM strategy in collaboration with technical leads and leadership teams.
Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with GTM priorities, providing strategic input and execution support.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive GTM approach.
Campaigns and Events: Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
Support the planning and delivery of events, including virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Ensure data integrity and leverage analytics for informed decision-making.
Key Skills and Experience Proven experience in managing a small marketing team, ideally within a B2B environment.
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 for CRM and marketing automation.
Solid understanding of marketing operations, including data-driven decision-making and lead nurturing processes.
Experience in supporting GTM strategies and collaborating with technical teams to align marketing efforts with technical and sales priorities.
Experience in event planning and campaign execution.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and leadership teams.
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certifications in Dynamics 365 or marketing automation tools.
Experience within the technology or software industry.
