Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Rayleigh Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute an effective marketing strategy.
This role involves enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through various digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving business growth in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Design, develop, and deliver an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Content Creation: Collaborate with external marketing agencies to create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and brochures.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media management, ensuring high performance and consistent delivery.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies that support the sales team and enhance the sales pipeline.
Brand Management: Maintain consistent design and communication of brand messaging across all channels.
Event Management: Organize and manage company events, trade shows, and exhibitions, ensuring professional and effective delivery.
Collaboration: Work with the sales team to align marketing activities with business development goals, supporting successful lead nurturing and conversion.
Agency and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and other third-party providers to ensure smooth delivery of marketing materials.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical abilities.
Proficiency in software such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and HubSpot.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
