The Property Is a four-star, full-service hotel Part of a small hotel company 62 bedrooms 5 Meeting and Event rooms Spa and Leisure facilitys including outdoor activities This is a great opportunity to join a well-supported Hotel team as a Marketing Manager.
Benefits you will receive as a Marketing Manager 29 holiday days inc. bank holidays Pension Great discounted benefits Cycle to work scheme Personal development and training Free car parking and meals on duty This is a part time role therefore salary will be pro-rated accordingly The Marketing Manager will Report to the General Manager Drive all marketing strategy / initiatives for the hotel (both brand and digital) Have support from third party partners and agencies Drive awareness of the hotel / estate in the marketplace Have experience in marketing, PR, collateral production, and project management.
Have familiarity with graphic file storage and distribution methods.
Have proficiency in design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) is a plus.
Have no direct reports but will liaise/work closely with the in-house sales team.
As Marketing Manager you will have 2 years marketing experience as a minimum The Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
Excellent organisational, administrative, and project management abilities Strong attention to detail with effective research and problem-solving skills Ability to manage tight deadlines and schedules.
A proactive hands-on approach with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels, driving results for the business Collaborative team player, flexible, and resourceful under pressure.
Hospitality and tourism experience would be beneficial You must currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
