We couldn't find timeless, affordable, gender-fluid jewellery or clothing that met our standards for quality and fit.
We believe in creating timeless pieces that outlast seasonal trends and become pieces to treasure for years to come.About the RoleThis is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at 33mm in Manchester City Centre.
As the Marketing Manager at 33mm, you'll lead impactful, data-driven marketing strategies to grow our brand.
Working closely with product and creative teams as well as external marketing and web development agencies, you'll oversee budgets, execute social first marketing strategies, and enhance the customer journey from first touch to loyalty.
We're looking for someone who is collaborative, kind, and customer-focused, with a passion for fashion culture and a growth mindset.Key Responsibilities - Partnering with the product, marketing, and creative teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure all strategies and messaging consistently align with our brand identity and aesthetics.
- Work with the paid media manager to effectively manage and allocate marketing budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, creative, and customer service) and external agencies (paid media, email marketing, and web development) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product launches, promotions, and customer feedback.
- Use data and analytics to refine strategies, measure marketing effectiveness, and create performance reports.
- Enhance the end-to-end customer journey, from initial engagement through to post-purchase.
- Implement and manage the brand's loyalty scheme, ensuring it is fully integrated into the CRM strategy.
- Enhance the ecommerce experience by actively addressing customer feedback to create a more seamless, customer-centered journey.Skills and QualitiesAbove all else we are looking for someone who is kind and caringConsumer centric and strong understanding of the youth fashion culture.Proven track record of developing and executing successful revenue growth marketing strategies with an emphasis on social3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion or B2C industry.Data driven and able to analyse metrics to make informed decisionsStrong understanding in paid media platforms and analytics tools (e.G.
