Join One of the North's Fastest-Growing Tech Firms Force24 is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to bring creativity and fresh ideas to our dynamic team.
If you have a passion for marketing and want to dive into various projects, this is your chance to shine!
You'll join a tight-knit team of four, including the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager and two talented design and videography creatives.
As a growth-driven company, you'll collaborate with other departments You'll also have the chance to work from our Leeds-based office, immersing yourself in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do: Coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and content channels to align with the brand strategy.
Support in developing creative assets, including digital content, landing pages, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
Schedule and coordinate logistics for marketing events, such as trade shows and seminars as well as webinars, to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on campaign strategies, creative briefs, and content production to deliver impactful marketing experiences.
Social media coordination, working with content creators and the wider team to enhance engagement and audience alignment.
Research market trends and competitor activities to support targeted campaign strategies within budget.
Facilitate brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas to drive awareness and adoption of our tech.
What You'll Bring: A degree in Marketing or similar qualification.
Good fundamental marketing know-how, with an understanding of key digital marketing concepts.
Experience using a Marketing Automation platform such as Force24, Mailchimp or Hubspot, is a bonus.
A curious and creative spirit, with a can-do approach to identifying and solving problems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Pin-sharp copywriting skills.
A commitment to learning everything there is to know about the principles and practices of marketing, as well as our customers, company and competition.
