The Role: This is a brand new position created to drive our next phase of growth.
We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join us 24 hours per week (3 days flexibly) to shape and implement marketing and sales activities across our coaching platforms.
As the first dedicated marketing hire, you'll have the opportunity (and the challenge) to establish processes, implement new ideas, and make a significant impact on our business growth.
Working directly with our Managing Director and content team, you'll be responsible for growing our subscriber base among both individual coaches and clubs through coordinated marketing activities.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be both creating strategies and executing them.
Key Responsibilities: CRM & Email Marketing Create and execute targeted campaigns in our CRM Develop automated journeys for different user segments Manage subscriber and user communications and engagement Promotional Campaigns Plan and deliver online monthly promotions across the 3 platforms Create marketing materials for webinars and coaching events Coordinate website banners and promotional content Track campaign performance and optimize based on results Social Media & Content Develop engaging content that resonates with coaches Create visual assets using Canva Manage our presence across social platforms Work with content editors to align marketing with coaching content Website & Performance Collaborate with our digital agency on website improvements Monitor key metrics e.g traffic, acquisition funnel… Identify and implement opportunities to enhance user experience What We're Looking For: Marketing qualification preferred, with 3+ years hands-on experience Proven experience with CRM systems and email marketing Strong social media marketing skills Proficiency with design tools like Canva Self-starter mentality with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects An interest in football or rugby will help you connect with our coaching community Working With Us: £35,000 for 24 hour/week Fully remote position with occasional travel to Southeast England Flexible scheduling Collaborative, informal work environment Start date: January 2025 or soon after The position is initially for 12 month with the opportunity to extend into a permanent position as the business grows Contractors welcome but not mandatory.
