We are looking for a hungry and driven Marketing Manager to help us build on top of the success we have had over the past 12 months, by focusing on all of our key markets (UK, FR, DE).
You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be tasked with defining the strategy and executing against the plan to deliver brand awareness through to lower funnel activity.
You will be a key member in our commercial team, working alongside sales and account management, as well as being a strong partner to other areas of the business including product and tech.
RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy/planning Build marketing plan for each respective market in-line with mediarithmics GTM Define the strategy to increase awareness with our core ICP Hubspot/CRM Iterate and develop HubSpot workflows / automation to nurture and drive leads Ensuring sales teams keep HubSpot data up to date for workflows Iterate data captured in HubSpot Content Creation of content in English first + translations into local language (where required) Including blogs, case studies, PR releases, co-branded content, whitepapers etc.
Events Identify lead generation/awareness events in UK, FR and DE Plan & deliver internal events in relevant markets Organise co-sponsored dinners with partners in relevant markets SEO/Social Managing LinkedIn + social networks including posting / relevant audits each week Working on Website SEO strategy Measurement Develop measurement framework, including tracking of MQLs, SQLs, opportunities Being accountable for marketing generated revenue pipeline REQUIREMENTS: You are a marketing superstar — you have a proven track record of achieving qualitative and quantitative goals while adapting the marketing strategy to the local context We expect a minimum of 5 years marketing experience in SaaS/Martech/Adtech in an enterprise environment — if you have less and think you are suited to the role, please challenge us You have primarily worked in a B2B marketing environment You have a high attention to detail — which has helped you deliver high quality output across the board You can work with autonomy and agility with limited supervision, the force is strong with you You are curious — you want to understand concepts and develop your skills You are a team player — you can demonstrate that you work well with a group to achieve a common goal, aligning with our values of Humility and Honesty
