Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Marketing strategy to enhance our online presence and grow our community.

Key Responsibilities: Growth Marketing: Planning, creating, and maintaining marketing campaigns across organic social media, email lists, and communities.
Campaign Management: Create and run marketing strategies using different channels like paid ads and social media.
Ensure these campaigns align with Perpetual Protocol's goals to attract and retain users.
Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy.
Create engaging content and stay updated on industry trends to ensure effective communication across various channels.
Events & Community Management: Plan and manage marketing events, both online and in-person, to boost brand visibility and engage the community.
Build relationships with users and influencers to create a supportive community around Perpetual Protocol.
Analytics and Optimization: Use data to evaluate how well our marketing campaigns are doing.
Perform tests and make adjustments to improve results.
Report on key performance metrics and suggest ways to improve.
Team Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
Ensure a consistent message across all platforms.
Build and execute strategy to grow our brand awareness Launch Marketing and Acquisition Campaigns Support content strategy and coordinate its amplification Product marketing reports and measured results.
Assist with programmatic and social media advertising.
Plan events and PR campaigns.
Support influencer management.
Driving CeFi and CEX adoption.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry In-depth knowledge of various marketing platforms and their best practices Strong copywriting and content creation skills Excellent analytical and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers) Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology Able to deliver based on short deadlines and multitask 2+ years of experience in blockchain or technology space 4+ years of Marketing experience Digital advertising experience (plus) Join us at Darkex Exchange to be part of a leading innovative team in the CeFi space.
