Role Overview: We're looking for a driven Marketing Manager to join our team.
You'll be a key part of our client-facing team, working closely with the CMO and the rest of the Codi marketing team to deliver successful marketing programmes on behalf of our clients.

This is the ideal role for someone who has previously worked for a SaaS company in a senior marketing executive or manager role.

What you'll do: Marketing Strategy - You'll work closely with the CMO to develop marketing strategies that deliver results for our clients.

Campaigns - You'll own and successfully launch marketing campaigns for clients on and offline.

Product Marketing - You'll work with our clients and take ownership for their product messaging including positioning, value proposition, use cases, and product materials.

?? Content and copywriting - You'll work with the Codi content team to support content and copywriting for blogs, case studies, reports, guides, websites, press releases or advertising.

PR - You'll take the lead and managing PR agencies for our clients, with the support of the Content Team.
This includes evaluating their PR strategies, reviewing content and managing approval.

Email marketing - You'll be responsible for developing email marketing campaigns end to end.

Paid Media- You'll be responsible for creating and executing campaigns on Google and Linkedin.

Reporting - You'll be comfortable reporting on Marketing KPIs across the full marketing mix.

People Management - This is a people management role and you will be growing this function to support delivery of this.

What you need to succeed: Essential:
5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role within SaaS A multi-disciplined marketer, with experience in Demand Generation and Product Marketing Analytical and strategic you rely on data to make decisions, and you're comfortable coming up with marketing strategies for growth Excellent communicator and highly organised You're a team player, a natural owner and reliable Desirable:
Experience in additional marketing areas such as content marketing, client services, paid media, SEO etc.
Experience with tools like Canva, Notion, SEMRush and Google Analytics.
