The Role As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving acquisition strategies and generating demand for our leading brands—Econsultancy, Marketing Week, Influencer Intelligence, and Fashion Monitor.
Collaborating closely with sales teams and agencies, you'll develop compelling content, manage targeted campaigns, and ensure measurable results, contributing to our mission of empowering professionals across industries.
What you will be doing: Contribute to digital and campaign strategy development to meet pipeline targets.
Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns across email, events, and paid media Create impactful content and sales collateral to support marketing and sales efforts, that's on-brand and resonates with audience and customer challenges and needs.
Set up and manage campaigns with regular KPI reporting to track progress and success, including the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring adherence to budget while consistently testing and optimising for maximum performance.
Develop, evaluate and update automated campaigns for prospects and customers, testing and optimising for the best results Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior marketing team members to ensure the marketing activity is fully aligned with business needs.
What You Need to Succeed: Proven experience in a variety of digital marketing disciplines, including event marketing.
Strong project management skills with a comfort level in working with data and analytics.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and collaboration with sales teams.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
A solid understanding of marketing principles, developments and new techniques.
Excellent communication skills and a strong track record of creating compelling and effective communications.
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
