Develop and Execute Marketing Plan: Create and implement a marketing strategy aligned with the business goals and work closely with Product and Sales teams.
Lead Product Launches: Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for new product launches, ensuring teams have the right materials and generating leads.
Manage Brand Presence: Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints, including our website, distributors, and trade shows.
Oversee Marketing Channels: Run integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and offline channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver necessary marketing tools globally and locally.
Manage Trade Shows and Events: Lead trade show planning, stand design, and bespoke marketing activities with partners.
Track Marketing Performance: Implement tools to monitor lead funnels, campaign performance, and ROI, making data-driven improvements.
Lead and Support Team: Manage two direct reports, ensuring team success and professional growth.
Budget and Agency Management: Oversee the marketing budget and manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
What You'll Need: 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
A background in wholesale would be advantageous but not critical.
Proven ability to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong organisational, project management, and team leadership skills.
Proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Canva, and HubSpot.
