Marketing Manager Location - Cardiff Salary - £40,000 / £45,000 + Benefits The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy.
You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Skills Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement brand strategy to drive engagement and visibility.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse KPIs to ensure they stay ahead of the competition, implementing changes as needed Communications Management: Craft and manage external communications, including press releases, to convey the brand story.
SEO and Web Content: Manage SEO, content design, and copy for the website, ensuring relevance and reach.
HubSpot CRM and Campaigns: Develop and manage CRM, marketing lists, and email campaigns using HubSpot Social Media Strategy: Plan, strategise, and execute social media activities, selecting the right channels to future-proof approach.
Website & CMS Management: Keep the brand updated and manage websites using CMS tools.
