The Role: Be The Fox is on the lookout for a creative, driven and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our team.
The candidate will play a key role in scaling our business and be responsible for leading and managing all our marketing initiatives to help achieve our growth objectives.
You'll play a key role in supporting the founders to drive new opportunities for the agency.
Key Responsibilities: Develop our marketing and content plan to support the agency's annual growth plans and objectives Work with the Company Directors to create tailored content that aligns with our audiences.
Manage the creation and execution of various marketing assets/materials, including, but not limited to social media content, newsletters, reels and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce these effective and engaging materials.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touch points.
Coordinate with our PR team to identify and maximise all PR opportunities.
Manage budgets and timelines to keep projects on track.
Identify new prospects and leads and send relevant marketing materials to them Measure & Improve: Stay on top of industry trends to keep our marketing / content fresh, relevant and innovative.
Track the success of campaigns and share results with the team.
Stay current with industry trends to keep our marketing and content cutting-edge.
Manage the CRM for client and prospect data, engagement and measurement Identify and apply for industry awards Keep our website and case studies up to date with all new projects and news articles Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a creative or digital agency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey marketing messages Good design and layout skills Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Sharp eye for detail and can work to deadlines Strong research skills Working knowledge of social media platforms Working knowledge of industry publications and awards Proficient in digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, lead generation and content marketing, with the ability to measure successful, impactful activity and campaigns.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing and design software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
