The Opportunity As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Karak Chaii.
Reporting directly to the Director, this role offers the chance to drive awareness, acquisition, and conversion across our restaurant business.
You'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, developing campaigns and tactics that respond to changing customer behaviors and deliver sustainable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
· Develop and execute a consumer and commercially focused Marketing Plan.
· Manage the Marketing Calendar and budgets to align with business priorities.
· Partner with the Marketing Agency to define and execute our 2025+ strategy.
· Work with our franchisees on local level marketing initiatives.
Insight-Driven Action
· Collaborate with Customer Services to transform data into actionable insights, enhancing customer experiences.
· Lead research projects to uncover market trends and customer behaviors, driving data-led decisions.
Creative Excellence
· Oversee creative and packaging design for Restaurants, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
· Drive innovative media campaigns and tactical digital marketing strategies to elevate the brand and boost ROI.
Collaborative Innovation
· Work with the Food Team to develop a strong NPD (New Product Development) pipeline, ensuring flawless marketing execution.
Performance Tracking & Improvement
· Track, evaluate, and report on marketing activities to ensure continuous improvement and measurable growth.
· Inspire cross-functional teams to adopt and execute innovative marketing plans.
