The Marketing Manager will develop and implement the marketing and engagement strategy for our clients in the UK, working in a B2B capacity to maximise the level of awareness, engagement and value for our clients and ensuring more customers have access to our range of market leading health and wellbeing services.

Role and Responsibilities Working closely with the executive team in the UK, to set the marketing strategy for the clients and for the business.
Planning and implementing marketing campaigns with our clients, operating as a marketing account manager for major multinational clients.
Responsible for content management and data analytics.
Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Social media management.
PR and corporate communications.
Liaising and interacting with other global offices of Teladoc, primarily the International office based in Barcelona.
Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
Sourcing, negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies and managing copywriters.
Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites, brochures and newsletters.
Supporting the company award submission strategy.
Your Skillset and Our Selection Criteria Essential Minimum 5 years post graduate experience.
Successful track record in building and implementation marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
Knowledge of marketing software programmes and automated marketing tools.
Previous experience with working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
A creative mind and a head for business.
Able to work independently as well as to contribute effectively to the team.
Excellent planning and organisation skills.
Excellent communicator – written and verbal.
Proven track record of delivering winning marketing solutions for corporations and companies.
Desirable Great team player who maintains a positive outlook and believes in sharing skills and knowledge, to ensure success for all.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage key stakeholders, both on the client's side and internally.
Keen eye for detail, punctual, organised and empathetic.
Additional languages preferable.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
