This role is within the Central Marketing team, which has responsibility for the overall marketing strategy for GPB, brand, and the digital channels that GPB utilizes. The objective of the team is to work across the marketing funnel to raise awareness of the brand, develop highly engaging Thought Leadership activated across paid and organic channels, ensure prospects can easily find GPB in the digital ecosystem, and work with product/proposition teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
In this role you will: Run brand and marketing campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives as per the marketing plan.Build strong internal and external relationships, adopting a joined-up approach to execute change at pace with minimum conflict.Influence other HSBC channel owners to widen the distribution of GPB Thought Leadership to other channels across WPB, CMB, AM, and GM as well as utilization of HSBC Ambassadors Network.Contribute to the overall GPB Marketing Strategy work across the marketing funnel.Operate across multiple markets to ensure creative is compelling, commercially strong, and delivers against key business targets.To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Strong working knowledge of Brand & Marketing, with experience in delivering marketing campaigns and working with external agencies - essential.Proven track record of managing budgets effectively and successfully - essential.Highly organized and able to adapt to shifting priorities and demands.Excellent communication, relationship building, collaborative, and stakeholder management skills.A creative approach to problem solving with a professional demeanor and the ability to stay calm under pressure.This role is based in London.
