Our unique platform also enables DNA production at unprecedented scale, speed and purity.We believe that DNA is fundamental to the future of medicine and our CDMO has a focus on the following areas:Nucleic acid medicines (mRNA and DNA).Ex-vivo and in-vivo cell and genetic medicines.Gene therapy using viral vectors and gene editing.Autologous and allogenic cell therapy.Role OverviewDue to the expansion of Touchlight's business and the Commercial team, we are recruiting a new Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Content to support marketing and commercial strategic activities by developing and growing Touchlight's awareness and lead generationThis role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and commercial campaigns, as well as supporting strategic market development activities to ensure the achievement of business goals.1.
Campaign & Project ManagementDesign and execute key marketing campaigns aligned with commercial goals.Utilize tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and social media platforms to manage, execute, and track campaigns.Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven optimizations.2.
Communication PlanningDevelop and manage the annual content calendar, including the creation of engaging written materials.Optimize distribution channels to maximize reach and engagement.Coordinate cross-digital promotion efforts to enhance campaign visibility.3.
Content Planning & CreationCreate and support the creation of traditional and digital sales tools (e.g., presentations, infographics, brochures, videos) to support the Business Development team.Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.4.
ReportingMonitor and analyze key marketing metrics to assess performance.Collaborate with the Marketing team to prepare and present monthly departmental reports.Touchlight BenefitsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems and Hubspott or comparable email marketing and automation platforms.Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry, or a relevant educational background in a life science discipline.Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations.A Place for EveryoneWe believe diversity drives innovation and for that reason we strongly encourage those from all backgrounds to apply for roles at Touchlight.
