Marketing Manager – B2B / Technology / Software – Scale-Up Environment Salary: £50k-£60k Location: Remote (looking for UK based applicants) The company A London-based software development company with nearly two decades of experience, they are redefining how businesses approach digital transformation and product development.

The role As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by developing and executing a marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, drives lead generation, and ensures conversion through the funnel.
Reporting directly to the founders, you will have the autonomy to shape impactful campaigns and collaborate with both in-house teams and external agencies.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Driving lead generation: targeting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and optimising conversion rates at every stage of the marketing funnel.
Building the brand: establishing and maintaining a consistent tone of voice and cohesive marketing approach that positions the company as a leader in the software development space.
Content strategy and execution: creating and executing a content plan aligned with SEO best practices and business objectives, using all the tools available to the modern marketer, with a focus on harnessing AI.
Marketing campaigns: delivering key marketing initiatives across channels, including social media, influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships, to scale awareness.
Customer-focused insights: incorporating customer feedback and market research into marketing activities to tailor messaging and engagement strategies.
Collaboration and execution: working with agencies or in-house teams to deliver results that align with overall business goals.
Metrics and optimisation: tracking, analysing, and optimising campaign performance to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.
Skills and experience Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of the software or tech industry.
Exceptional content creation skills, with the ability to harness AI tools to ensure marketing efficiency.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
A customer-first mindset, including a willingness to engage directly with customers to refine marketing strategies.
Analytical skills to identify key marketing metrics, measure results and optimise campaigns to meet business goals (Google Analytics, Google Ads, BingAds).
Experience with a variety of channels, including social media (LinkedIn focus), influencer partnerships, and content-driven marketing Autonomous and confident, thriving in environments where they can independently craft and execute strategies.
Personality and motivation Adaptable and ambitious, ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
