Role Overview We're seeking a Marketing Lead who is hands-on, strategic and results-driven to spearhead our marketing initiatives.
As a key member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating Krotos' brand and driving growth through innovative and impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities Revenue and brand growth Define and articulate Krotos' positioning and value proposition to target audiences.
Build brand awareness through creative campaigns, partnerships, and thought leadership.
Ensure a consistent brand voice and maintain quality across all marketing channels and materials.
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to expand visibility and reach new audiences.
Required Skills & Experience 5+ years in a senior marketing role, preferably in tech, audio-tech, or media, with team leadership experience.
Proven expertise in at least one marketing channel, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, growth methodologies, and campaign optimization.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce).
Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact results.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Background in sound design, post-production, or creative content creation.
