Job Role: Marketing Graduate/Administrator Key Responsibilities Design and Content Creation:
- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials for brokers, affiliates, and campaigns using Figma or Canva.
- Write and edit content for various marketing channels, including organic social media posts, PR materials, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all content and materials are aligned with brand guidelines.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and organise broker events, including venue booking, materials preparation, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional assets and campaigns for events.
Affiliate and Broker Marketing:
- Manage and nurture affiliate and broker relationships, ensuring consistent communication and timely delivery of materials.
- Produce and distribute materials to support affiliate and broker marketing efforts.
PR and Organic Social Media:
- Take ownership of organic social media, including planning, scheduling, and posting content.
- Coordinate with the team to identify opportunities for PR initiatives and assist in creating press releases and media pitches.
Internal Documentation:
- Create and maintain internal documentation for marketing processes, campaign planning, and project updates.
- Ensure documentation is clear, organised, and accessible to the wider team.
CRM and CMS Training:
- Learn and support the team in using CRM and CMS platforms for email campaigns, website updates, and customer relationship management.
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
Additional Support:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including file management, organising assets, and tracking campaign performance.
- Contribute ideas to improve campaigns and marketing operations.
Skills and Qualifications Education:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
- Strong creative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Figma (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, PR, and event planning.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and engaging documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Experience with CRM systems, CMS platforms, or marketing automation tools.
- Previous experience in managing social media, organising events, or creating documentation.
