To plan, implement and deliver marketing projects and provide general marketing support across all media.

Key responsibilities Management of Ansvar's brand profile in the market: Manage the Ansvar social media accounts for both the Ansvar brand and the Ansvar Community Hub, by creating engaging posts on multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Write content for blogs and articles for both trade and charity publications, utilising the knowledge of internal subject matter experts Manage the Ansvar eshot process; writing content aimed at our brokers and using Campaign Monitor to distribute and analyse performance Take ownership of the Ansvar broker newsletter liaising with various contacts within each department to collate articles, distribute via email to broker audience on a quarterly basis.
Content changes to the website.
Build effective relationships with third parties - our design agency, printer, freelance SEO specialist etc, to include: Own the relationships with charity umbrella groups and other key sponsorship partners, ensuring that the sponsorship schedule is managed and collateral produced.
Ensure digital advertising ads are supplied to the SEO specialist for placement.
Work with our PR agency to manage the annual PR schedule of activity Event management including booking stand space, liaising with internal and external contacts about logistics for the event, as well managing the exhibition stand requirements with third party Provide marketing assistance to technical underwriting and sales, ensuring copy changes to underwriting documents (policy wordings, brochures etc.)
are fed back to the agency and proofed accordingly, and sales collateral is created according to the objective.
Manage the overall team's budget sheet, ensuring all incoming invoices are uploaded onto a central log Manage stock and ordering of all promotional items from our supplier Knowledge, skills and experience Previous experience and proven track record in a similar marketing role, to include content creation and delivery, relationship management, and social media.
Experience of marketing projects and communications programmes in a commercial environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including grammatical accuracy and ability to adapt written approach to the format, including copy-writing, proofreading and editing skills.
Proven planning, project management and prioritisation skills, with ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building experience.
Commercially focussed.
A real team player, willing and able to support colleagues, achieve greater collective wisdom in the team with a 'can do' attitude.
Working knowledge of Wordpress or other CMS Working towards a suitable Marketing qualification – preferred but not essential.
