Job Summary and key responsibilities A Marketing Executive with experience in a B2C marketing role and excellent organisational skills, working in a dynamic marketing department to support the company and help achieve initiatives throughout the marketing mix.
A varied role that gives broad exposure to all elements of the marketing mix.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, marketing team and marketing agencies to ensure balanced on and offline coverage for campaigns and messages.
A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required in the role.
As well as being someone who can be relied upon, is always willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in and is able to work on their own initiative, with a fast-moving team.
The role will include driving brand and tactical campaigns, creating and optimising automated eCRM communications, preparing and analysing marketing statistics, responding to marketing requests, working with the Content & Social Media Manager to increase engagements across our social media channels.
Key Responsibilities: Help drive campaigns and activities that will bring increased leads and brand recall to the company Assist in the implementation of the divisional and group marketing strategies Achieve agreed business targets within budget Ensure quality and consistency of material leaving the department, with a keen eye on the differences between brands Translate a marketing brief into objectives, delivery and measurement and then report on the success Assist with the creation, review, and optimisation of automated eCRM customer journeys (SMS, email, messaging apps) using HubSpot Create best in class eCRM communications to engage with customers to achieve the objective Project management across the company and our agency partners Tracking campaign results Implementing tactical campaigns at short notice Working with suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring delivery as required Looking for new approaches and solutions.
