Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Insight's services in the mission-critical and technology sectors.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, email automation campaigns, and print materials.
Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to develop targeted marketing initiatives and support lead generation efforts.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise future initiatives.
Manage CRM campaigns, mapping and improving customer journeys to increase customer engagement Coordinate and manage events, webinars, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and SEO-friendly.
Post job openings on LinkedIn and the company website, ensuring they are engaging and optimised for search.
Support our internal recruitment strategy by developing content and engaging suitable candidates through various channels, whilst maintaining brand image Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the recruitment or technology sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience with job posting and candidate sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn.
