Job Description We're recruiting for a?Marketing Executive to join us.
You will support the development and delivery of customer engagement, cross sell and upsell campaigns that drive incremental commercial value for the Retail business.
Leverage business insight, data, segmentation and the voice of the customer to ensure the effective performance and optimisation of our existing customer campaigns and activity.
What you'll be doing: Designing, delivering, and measuring the effectiveness of segmented marketing campaigns to our existing Retail customers, driving incremental commercial value for the business through cross-sell, upsell, and engagement Working with key stakeholders across the business to understand, highlight, and leverage customer engagement, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across all channels Collaborating with internal data teams to ensure correct data selections are made, monitored, and checked for accuracy.
Measuring the impact of campaigns and activity on the existing marketing universe and permissions Ensuring tracking, monitoring, and reporting are in place for our marketing and engagement activities to enable continuous feedback and increased campaign performance Utilising customer segmentation, research, insight, analytics, and voice of the customer to create effective communications and creative that drive good commercial outcomes Working effectively and efficiently to deliver campaigns and activity within budget and timescales, observing best practice, brand guidelines, and tone of voice across all delivery channels Building strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the Insight and Analytics, Data, Finance, Agency, and Business teams to ensure campaign activity is commercially focused, data-driven, and aligned Adhering to L&G policies and procedures, including risk, compliance, and approvals, while considering Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) at all times Qualifications Who we're looking for: The candidate should be able to demonstrate the following: Numerate with strong analytical skills.
Evidence of budgetary management Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal English.
Able to produce copy to publication standards Good with people and able to clearly and confidently communicate and influence with key stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects to tight timescales.
Good organisational and project management skills Able to adapt to and work with change, in a fast-growing division and marketing function An understanding of customer contact/engagement strategies IT skills – excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages Experience of designing & delivering consumer facing communications and marketing activities, providing appropriate creative briefing, campaign management & approvals and campaign evaluation skills Experience of working in a marketing function or creative agency Experience of working within a UK financial services organisation or with UK financial services clients is helpful, but not essential Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
