SUMMARY PRISM55 is a progressive digital agency that helps brands, founders, and marketing professionals design and grow successful digital products and services.
We're a small, collaborative team driven by creativity, innovation, and a set of core values that define how we work together and with our clients.
Loyalty, honesty, accountability, creativity, and curiosity are at the heart of everything we do.

We're looking for a full-time Marketing Executive to join our team and support our growing agency and its diverse range of clients.
This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organised, and enjoys juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The position is based on a hybrid working model, with regular meet-ups in Exeter.

ABOUT US: Redefining What a Digital Agency Should Be PRISM55 wasn't born out of tradition—it was built out of frustration.

We saw it time and time again: businesses struggling with outdated agency models that felt slow, impersonal, and disconnected.
Projects dragged on; solutions felt generic, and results?
They rarely lived up to the promise.

So, we decided to do something about it.

PRISM55 was created to tear up the old rulebook and rebuild how agencies work from the ground up.
We're here to deliver real results, not just nice-sounding ideas.
To be honest and accountable in every interaction.
To bring creativity with purpose and curiosity that fuels progress.

This is who we are—and this is why we exist.

RESPONSIBILITIES We're looking for a Marketing Executive ready to step into a dynamic role, supporting both the business and our clients with their marketing needs.
This position offers the chance to take ownership of tasks, work on diverse projects, and grow as part of a collaborative team.
What can you expect?
Collaborating with the team to plan and execute marketing activities that support both the business and client objectives.
Managing social media accounts for the business and clients, including creating, scheduling, and analysing content.
Producing engaging copy for various channels, including websites, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Assisting in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns tailored to client needs.
Conducting market research to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities for the business and clients.
Managing updates to websites and ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
Supporting clients with ad hoc marketing tasks, such as designing presentations or promotional materials.
Tracking and analysing campaign performance, providing clear reports and insights.
Helping to organise and promote events for the business or clients, including coordinating logistics and communications.
Contributing creative ideas and solutions to enhance marketing strategies and client projects.
What's important for us: A passion for marketing and a drive to deliver great results for the business and its clients.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for creating engaging content.
A proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
An interest in learning new skills and staying up-to-date with marketing trends.
A basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, SEO) and a willingness to deepen that knowledge.
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g.
Google Analytics, SemRUSH, Mailchimp) is beneficial but not essential.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT We use the latest tools, hardware, and methodologies across our teams, exclusively on Mac.
We ensure you have the right setup to excel in your role.

We encourage everyone on the team to share their ideas, and we're always looking for ways to improve.
Our start-up mentality means we make quick decisions and adapt swiftly to new challenges.

We're a small team, but we believe in the power of great people working together.
Joining PRISM55 means becoming a vital part of a collaborative, creative, and supportive environment.

SALARY £25-35k per year, depending on experience and skills.

BENEFITS 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays A workstation setup and up to £250 for work-from-home tech or office accessories, with an additional yearly contribution AFTER 3 MONTHS £200 contribution per year towards a sports club or gym membership £100 contribution towards a meal out every six months Enrolment in workplace pension scheme with matched employer contributions
