Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to join our team.
This role is dedicated to supporting the marketing of our agency, ensuring we increase our reach, build brand recognition, and optimise our digital presence.
The Marketing Executive will play an essential role in maintaining our social media and website, in addition to supporting our Content Marketing strategy, and driving prospecting research and outreach.
The ideal candidate will have broad digital marketing experience, and specifically, a good working proficiency of the HubSpot CRM platform.
This position is ideal for someone ready to grow within a fast-paced agency environment, taking on a variety of tasks to support the Head of Growth.
Accountable for: Supporting the Head of Growth in achieving brand visibility and agency growth goals Managing the agency's owned channels (social media / website) Managing, scheduling, and reporting on HubSpot CRM campaigns Asset creation for multi-channel campaigns Newsletter build and send Presentation / pitch deck design Collaborating with the Head of Growth on prospecting research and pipeline administration Overseeing event administration and prospect correspondence Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across our social media channels, working to grow followers and engagement.
Content Management: Assist in the development and distribution of marketing content, maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.
HubSpot/CRM Management: Help maintain and update HubSpot CRM, managing contact lists and assisting with segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Prospecting Research & Pipeline Administration: Conduct market and prospect research to assist in lead generation and maintain up-to-date records in the sales pipeline.
Client Correspondence: Act as a point of contact for incoming enquiries, maintaining a high standard of client care and brand representation.
Event Administration: Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for agency events and industry meet-ups.
Website Management: Regularly update the agency website with fresh content and ensure all information is accurate and optimised.
Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the Head of Growth to execute agency marketing strategies, monitor campaign progress, and produce regular reports.
Requirements and Skills: Proven experience in social media management and content creation Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM systems for data management and campaign support Familiarity with prospecting and research tools Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confident written and verbal communicator, able to handle client-facing interactions Basic understanding of SEO, ABM, and Inbound Marketing is desirable but not essential Experience with paid media campaign support, ideally across multiple platforms - desirable but not essential What We Offer: Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays Benefits Package: Includes private medical insurance, life insurance, and income protection.
