The Position As a Marketing Executive, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing marketing strategies that include content creation, copywriting, market research, email marketing, and client communications.
While we specialise in the construction sector, our diverse client base means each project offers unique challenges and opportunities.
Specific duties may vary based on the client requirement, but common responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: Craft Compelling Content: Develop engaging copy focused on the construction industry and technical products for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, print ads, brochures, case studies, and award submissions.
Content Strategy and Budget Management: planning and structuring content, delivering clear briefs, and guiding budgets and priorities in collaboration with creative team.
Conduct Market Research: Gather and compile data to support client proposals and marketing strategies.
Manage Email Campaigns: Oversee and track email campaigns, creating custom URLs and automating processes.
Client Relations: Support marketing functions with administrative tasks, prepare client reports, assist with proposals, attend client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Event Planning: Assist in organising key events, such as industry appearances and photoshoots.
Collaborate: Work closely with our creative team, account management, and clients' in-house marketing teams to drive success.

What We're Looking For: Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: We seek candidates with 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B.
Your strong content creation and implementation skills will shine here, as you'll be empowered to drive projects with minimal oversight.
Industry Knowledge: While experience in the construction industry is a plus, it's not essential.
Your willingness to learn and adapt is what truly matters!
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must for engaging with clients and crafting compelling marketing content.
Attention to Detail: You'll excel at managing data, tracking campaigns, and ensuring all content is polished and industry-specific.
Organisational Skills: If you're a master at juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines while keeping everything well-organised, we want you on our team!
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with email marketing tools like MailChimp and website management platforms like WordPress is a bonus.
