We're a multi category / multi department Golf business.
Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
~ Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content that reflects the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
~ Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and execute brand strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
~ Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools; With a clear focus on securing future Content Creators in line with our brand direction.
~ Build and own the strategy to increase audience interaction, grow a community, and drive measurable results against brand awareness, loyalty, and conversion.
~ Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
~ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and support overall business objectives.
~ 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
~ Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
~ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
