They are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Executive to help drive brand engagement, content creation, and event execution.About the Role This is a key hire for the UK team in 2025, with the Marketing Executive expected to be a well-rounded generalist with strong experience in compelling social media production and data-led research.
The role will support marketing initiatives across the UK and Nordics, covering research, writing, social media, email marketing, SEO, and event coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and InsightConduct annual market research to produce industry-leading reports on key trends in the hospitality sector.Collaborate with local teams, meet with customers, and stay informed on industry developments through events and news sources.Bring insights back to the marketing and sales teams to inform campaigns and strategies.Campaign ExecutionWork closely with the UK Marketer and Commercial teams to create and execute multi-stage marketing campaigns targeting hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.Develop campaigns that drive top-of-funnel awareness, middle-funnel education, and bottom-funnel product inquiries.Events CoordinationSupport the planning and execution of digital, tradeshow, and hosted events.Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, invitations, registrations, and on-site support.Contribute to the annual Hospitality conference, Shine, which gathers 200 industry leaders for a day of learning and networking.Content Creation and Social Media DevelopmentProduce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance to the English-speaking audience.Implement SEO best practices and optimise content for organic search visibility.Create engaging social media content, including bite-sized videos, and manage audience interactions.Leverage internal subject matter experts to enhance content impact.What You Bring2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong content creation skills across written, visual, and social media formats.Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent communication skills.A creative and fearless approach to marketing, with a knack for engaging audiences.Familiarity with SEO best practices and data-driven marketing strategies.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.What's on OfferCompetitive salary up to £40,000Hybrid working (2 days per week in the Edinburgh office preferred) or remote working for London-based candidates.32 days of holidayLocation This role is based in the UK, with a hybrid model for those in Edinburgh (2 days per week in the office) or remote working available for London-based candidates.If you are keen to step up in your career and take on new responsibility, then APPLY today
