Marketing Executive – B2B Financial Publishing – Global Brand - London to £30k Basic + Great Benefits (incl Strong Pension, Life, Health, Flexi time, Training Budget) Hybrid - c1-2 days per week in the London office (or more if you want to) As a Marketing Executive, you will join an exciting global financial B2B publishing brand.
Guided by the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in enabling the business achieve its subscriptions revenue growth targets for both new and renewed business by effectively developing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels, and by building expertise in the key sectors of the capital markets to segment the audience.
You will also play a key role in the marketing of some of their live events, designing promotional campaigns, co-ordinating audience development efforts and working with production on creating event web pages and populating them with engaging and informative content Requirements: Ideally 6-12 Months+ experience in B2B digital marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans adhering to strict deadlines and within an agreed budget Ideally experience using Marketing automation platforms (e.g.
Pardot), CRM (e.g.Salesforce), and CMS (e.g.
Brightspot) Ability to write compelling and relevant marketing copy Knowledge of managing integrated campaigns and building reports Good knowledge of Analytics tools (e.g.
Google Analytics) Advanced English language (written and spoken) IT literate; MS office, in-house marketing database, in-house web and email packages and advanced Excel Experience of working on commercial events such as conferences or private briefings, would be advantageous Marketing experience within financial services or publishing / media is nice-to-have Main Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end execution of cross-channel campaigns, including copywriting, audience building and selection, scheduling and reporting Produce high-quality campaign assets that adhere to brand guidelines, including email templates, landing pages, display advertising banners and social media creatives, using tools such as Canva and Stripo, or by collaborating with external designers Work closely with affiliate partners to ensure all information relating to the product offering is accurate and regularly updated Ensure all marketing activity is trackable and provide regular accurate reporting on marketing performance, channel activity, and lead and customer engagement Report back to key business stakeholders on the success of marketing activities Execute effective and efficient integrated marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels, including email and both organic & paid social media (e.g.
LinkedIn, Google Ads).
Work with the Heads of Marketing and Sales to translate strategies into marketing campaigns that are tailored to each specific objective (new business, upsell, cross-sell, win-back, engagement, loyalty) Develop a clear understanding of new business lead requirements – working with Head of New Business Sales on generating high quality leads in the volume required by the business.
Collaborate with the Marketing Technology team to create automated programmes that nurture and engage audiences – this will include the development of landing pages Work closely with the Head of Events on excellent audience outreach efforts, ensuring that events are attended by senior market participants through the creation of high quality and accurate communications across the website, social media and emails.
This role would suit a graduate or someone with 6+ months B2B marketing experience, looking to forge a career in international marketing.
