12-Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) A well-known high street retailer is in the process of expanding their in-house media operation, with a centralised global team based here in London.
To continue their expansion plans, they are looking for a Marketing Effectiveness Lead on a 12-Month fixed term contract to help the deployment, adoptions & roll-out of their MMM solution.
As this team is a centre-of-excellence, the opportunity will see you lead the current programme, identifying opportunities, interpreting the results and implementing recommendations that can help drive value back to the overall business.
Each country is on its own journey within marketing effectiveness, so you will come in and help build and deliver a framework that supports each country with their application.
With that, you'll need to be at the heart of testing and learning, constantly looking at areas for improvement, development & execution.
Sat as part of a 12-person team in their central London offices, you'll be surrounded by well-equipped media experts in all areas from planning, adtech, digital adoption, media execution, accountability & trading.
Some of the experiences they are looking for are as follows: Experience of working with MMM and deploying an MMM programme Experience working in a in-house marketing/media team or a previous media agency role.
Deep knowledge of media channels, including both digital & offline (both planning & buying).
An understanding of overall marketing, including advertising, promotion, pricing and sales data.
Prior experience in working with a variety of markets across the globe (European markets are preferable).
