Macgregor Black are partnering with a Global Market Leading Consumer Goods business, on the search for a Marketing Director - EMEA .
This is a permanent role based in the Southeast.
As a key member of the EMEA leadership team, reporting to the CEO, EMEA, the Marketing Director will play a strategic role in guiding the development and execution of marketing strategy, product roadmap planning, and marketing communication across the EMEA region.
This includes setting annual budgets, tracking performance, and initiating corrective actions as needed.
Key Responsibilities Lead the overall marketing strategy for personal care performance across the EMEA region, collaborating closely with the management and Sales teams.
Partner with the marketing team to define, align, and implement the product and communication plan.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and the Management Team to establish a country strategy that aligns with category priorities.
Determine business needs, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
Set and assess KPIs for product performance and marketing initiatives.
Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities, building a clear investment and ROI rationale.
Manage and mentor the product team, establishing strong product and category management practices.
Work closely with U.S.-based product teams to create roadmaps that meet EMEA consumer needs.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality, engaging content.
Develop and enhance the marketing team through mentorship and coaching, ensuring all team members reach their full potential.
Identify accounts needing additional support to ensure full compliance.
Coordinate with Heads of Sales to ensure optimal allocation of marketing resources and effective execution of marketing activities by the sales team.
Monitor performance and present results to the CEO and broader management team.
Work closely with colleagues to prioritize effectively and allocate resources efficiently.
Contribute to leadership team reviews and end-of-year evaluations.
Collaborate with the Management Team to establish the budget.
Maintain open communication across all business areas, embodying company values.
