Marketing Director

Blair West is supporting a leading law firm, seeking a new Marketing Director with overall responsibility for delivering new business for the business.
The opportunity: Develop marketing strategies to deliver the required business plans in all departments and minimising cost per acquisition.
Meet Inception plans as per budget and all other KPI's as agreed.
Deliver lead generation campaigns.
Further develop our Digital marketing channels.
Drive internal cross referrals through in-house initiatives and incentives.
Develop partnerships with external organisations to drive business.
Collaborating with stakeholders to come up with the right marketing plans to deliver on-going performance.
Build brand awareness across our target markets.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have: A minimum of 5 years in a Marketing leadership role with demonstrable track record of delivery.
Strong industry understanding including D2C digital marketing.
Legal sector understanding desirable but not essential.
The appropriate professional qualifications and experience.
CIM qualified (desirable but not essential).
Up to date knowledge of current marketing strategies and tactics.
