About the Role In this role, you'll define and execute a marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, drives audience engagement, and delivers measurable impact against growth targets.
This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days in the office, offering the perfect balance of flexibility and collaboration.
You will lead a skilled team of marketing and business development professionals and work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with their growth and new business objectives.
Positioning and Brand Strategy: Shape and communicate a compelling brand narrative, creating content that showcases their expertise and differentiates us in the market.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multichannel campaigns leveraging paid social, media, partnerships, and other channels to generate leads and build awareness.
Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a talented marketing and business development team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to uncover opportunities, elevate their positioning, and demonstrate thought leadership.
Budget Management: Build and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and support strategic ambitions.
Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to optimize marketing performance, set growth goals, and inform strategic decisions.
Industry Engagement: Represent the company confidently in the market, building relationships with stakeholders and partners to drive joint initiatives.

Key Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience in a similar Director role or significant Senior Manager experience in a digital agency or consultancy environment.
Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
Expertise in B2B marketing, including lead generation, nurture, and acquisition.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating teams.
Deep understanding of digital marketing techniques such as SEO, PPC, performance marketing, and A/B testing.
Data-driven decision-making with a proven track record of optimizing marketing performance.
