We are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing ecommerce seller, within the construction industry, who are looking for a Marketing Country Manager to join their growing team.
This year alone, the business has opened in 3 new territories and are now looking to expand their ecommerce presence into Northern Europe.
With no signs of growth slowing down, this is a truly exciting time to be joining the business.
This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities across the ecommerce site and paid advertising for Germany.
You will be responsible for the set-up and growth of the German website, supported by their international digital team, creative team and technical design teams.
Responsibilities for the role include: Localisation of the current website.
This includes translation of web copy, reviewing UX for local market and product selection.
Onboarding new products.
Creation of new localised products within the e-commerce platform including imagery, descriptions, technical specifications and pricing.
Management of Paid media in-country.
Focused on Google search and shopping, but including Bing, responsible for the acquisition of web traffic and online sales through pay per click channels.
Market research (products and competitors).
Lead insights into the market including trends, product compliance, new product opportunities and competitive analysis.
Reporting/Analysis.
Provide insights and recommendations into the performance of the in-country marketing.
This includes online and offline sales, positioning relative to competitors and performance of the brand.
Requirements for the role: Must be fluent in German (native language) Magento2 experience is highly preferred Previous experience managing Google Ads, ideally 2-3 years Ability to work within a fast-paced environment Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
