Marketing Coordinator

My client is one of the countries largest residential developers are continuing to grow at a rapid rate!
My client is currently seeking an experience marketing coordinator who will be responsible for the following: To coordinate and set up the new developments in accordance with sales and marketing strategies and budgets through to launch of the sales office and show homes including interior design and installation, landscaping, signage and presentation Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as websites, brochures, adverts, hoarding and site signage, off-line leaflets and invitations, digital marketing and social media campaigns Coordinate and distribute all on-line marketing materials for both the UK and International sales operation Coordinate show house design brief, presentations and installation.
Coordinate signage from initial launch and ongoing throughout life of the project in-line with campaigns Coordinate landscape design and enhancements and installation.
Carry out market research where required, including visiting competitor sales suites.
Coordinate marketing and sales support materials following launch.
Coordinate social media activity with the social media agency and Digital Coordinator
