We're looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our clients marketing efforts in a flexible, part-time role .
This is a brand new role and you will be setting up a lot of the marketing function from scratch.
Reporting directly into the COO, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance external brand presence and drive business growth.
Employer Branding: Work with HR to shape the employer brand Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Manage social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), Take full ownership of digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Business Development Support: Produce high-quality bid documents, case studies, and other marketing collateral Website & Internal Communications: Oversee website content updates and manage internal communications Campaign Management & Analytics: Lead marketing campaigns, track performance, and report on key metrics.
What We're Looking For: Degree level education or equivalent work experience Strong experience in B2B marketing , ideally within professional services and new business tenders .
