Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Communications Manager at PrimeGlobal, playing an integral role in both building PrimeGlobal's brand and enhancing member experience.
A direct report of the Head of Communications, this position is responsible for the development and delivery of communications and marketing plans, as well as campaigns and initiatives, to engage members and bolster PrimeGlobal's reputation.
Communications plan development and execution The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead on all large communications projects, campaigns and initiatives, working across the organisation to coordinate activities for maximum impact and value, including:  Developing all PrimeGlobal campaign messages, creating the framework and plans for all PrimeGlobal content and collateral;  Planning and coordinating communication activities with PrimeGlobal events teams, regional teams and other functions, global member firms and strategic partners; Developing, implementing and manage the monthly communications plan incorporating member relations, thought leadership, news development and event promotion; Responsible for tracking and reporting and managing delivery of monthly targets.
Member relations  Direct member engagement is central to this role to increase registrations to My PrimeGlobal among member firms, bolster member satisfaction scores through effective and impactful communication of PrimeGlobal's value proposition, and share content and insights to build networks and relationship.
The manager will: Work across all teams within PrimeGlobal to ensure impactful member communications programmes are developed and delivered, with processes established and followed to successfully coordinate communications for the organisation; Managing the onboarding marketing and communication programme for all members; Manage the email marketing strategy and performance, ensuring that all content that is sent is of the highest quality.
Digital channels Working with the digital officer to manage PrimeGlobal's social media channels including posting schedule, content, tone and messaging, reaching organic engagement targets, the manager will:  Lead on digital innovation, ensuring PrimeGlobal stays ahead of competitors in the use of digital to deliver our organisational strategy.
Be responsible for PrimeGlobal's video strategy including video creation, distribution and management of video platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo.
Manage core content on PrimeGlobal website to ensure a consistent and compelling narrative; developing timelines for priority projects, working with all teams to ensure processes are followed, building new tools, updating content across the site and looking for opportunities to improve all technical and content aspects of the PrimeGlobal website, working with website developers and design manager.
Create, promote and distribute member thought leadership and manage PrimeGlobal Insights pages and resources.
Content and brand Develop PrimeGlobal news content and assets, managing the distribution, and tracking impact Work with the design manager to ensure strong brand recognition across all platforms, and seek ways to increases member engagement with content, events, website, social media and other tools.
The person Excellent relationship building, stakeholder engagement and networking abilities Strong collaborator and team player Experience of working with a member network, association or not-for-profit organisation  Experience in leading campaigns promoting international membership programmes, customer experience management/retention and acting as a member engagement champion within an organisation Skills Excellent communication and copywriting skills (in English, with additional languages a plus) and keen attention to detail  Strong narrative skills and an  editorial mindset with experience of sourcing and promoting thoughtleadership and research Deep understanding of the overall digital marketing ecosystem, including channel specific best practice, evolving technology and data solutions Experience in managing and using a CRM system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics based  Proficiency in CMS Craft or other Content Management Software In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn, targeted digital marketing, SEO and web traffic metrics Excellent project management skills; able to identify priorities and resolve conflict Behaviours ·       Open and transparent; leads by example ·       Looks to continually improve and advance  ·       Inclusive and collaborative; demonstrates a team-first approach ·       Excellent listening skills; demonstrates empathy and avoids making assumptions
