Your fixed term contract will be for up to 12-months and see you involved in an array of activities in the team in support of our sales teams and in promoting a retirement lifestyle for Homeowners.?Your duties will include:Providing support to regional sales teams regarding lifestyle events, producing and updating event guidelines and literatureUsing our internal CRM system, COINS, to update, record, and analyse customer data, including new sales performanceRecording and monitoring of data for auditing purposes , feeding into monthly reporting and sharing insights with your team and stakeholdersAssisting with ad-hoc internal and external marketing events such as our 21st Birthday party, charity events and assisting with market researchSupporting the wider Marketing team with content creation, distribution of our Colleague newsletter and magazine, and provide support with other internal communications projects Hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.?About youAs our new Marketing Co-ordinator, you will be immensely passionate about your work with an eye for detail, creative flair and thrive in a fast-paced environment.This opportunity will be perfect for either an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator or Marketing Assistant looking for an exciting new challenge and keen to take on more responsibility, broadening their knowledge and experience with a successful and ambitious company.We're looking for a self-motivated, confident communicator, who is able to adapt their style and approach, whilst staying focused and authentic.
