Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Automation Specialist Provide strategic technical support to the marketing team, setting up and monitoring campaigns and automations.
Build, manage, and optimize nurture journeys for key prospects and customers, ensuring seamless and effective touchpoints.
Monitor the overall performance and health of their automation system.
Leverage automation and AI to enhance lead management processes.
Develop and refine our marketing technology stack, aiming for industry-leading standards.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports on email journeys, measuring performance against targets.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the sales team, to understand the funnel and optimize nurture programs.
Experience required for the Marketing Automation Specialist Advanced expertise with HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
In-depth experience with Adbridge or similar tools to support multi-channel campaigns.
Proficiency in lead scoring and attribution models (last touch and multi-touch) to boost lead pipeline and engagement.
Experience integrating CRM systems with other platforms and automating workflows.
Strong understanding of lead generation metrics and experience in data-driven reporting.
Engagement with the latest trends in marketing technology and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve.
