We're on the hunt for a creative and analytical superstar to own our full customer lifecycle program and turbocharge our growth and retention strategies.
In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead email marketing, lead generation, and analytics, working closely with our marketing team and agency partners to optimize every touchpoint.
Your mission?
To supercharge our inbound and outbound marketing efforts using cutting-edge technology and drive efficiency for our sales and marketing teams.
What You'll Do: Visionary Leadership: Craft and execute the ultimate roadmap for customer lifecycle excellence.
Campaign Maestro: Design and manage compelling email campaigns, lead nurturing, and generation strategies.
Tech Guru: Master Marketo and other tools to automate, optimize, and elevate our marketing automation.
Data Dynamo: Build our email database, ensure data quality, and drive GDPR compliance.
Team Collaborator: Partner with sales, customer service, and other teams to leverage marketing tech for maximum impact.
Insight Generator: Analyse performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Who you are Experience: 4+ years in marketing automation (Marketo a plus), email campaigns, and lead generation.
Analytical Skills: Sharp ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategy.
Marketing Know-How: Expertise in email marketing, lead gen, and digital strategies.
Tech Savvy: Hands-on with Marketo (or similar) and Salesforce knowledge is a bonus.
Collaborative Spirit: Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Customer Focus: Deep understanding of consumer behavior and experience enhancement.
