Role Overview: Applause IT are seeking a tech-savvy, operationally skilled collaborator to join our marketing team on a 6-month contract.
This role involves working with multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing automation initiatives, with a focus on Marketo.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Global Field Marketing team to align automation and operations strategies with regional initiatives.
Plan, execute, and manage marketing automation programs, campaigns, and webinars from concept through completion.
Maintain and update the campaign calendar, managing projects via project management tools for on-time delivery.
Set up, schedule, and support webinar campaigns.
Generate lead reports and create targeted lists/segments.
Support core marketing operations and automation initiatives.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with Marketo.
Experience in B2B professional services.
Proven success working in remote, distributed teams.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal fluency.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus but by no means essential.
Location: Preferred in Europe (CET Time zone).
