We are looking to recruit a proactive Marketing Automation Associate to join a friendly team at the RHS.
You will be a confident communicator with a can-do attitude who enjoys learning new systems and keeping up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
This role will work alongside Marketing Automation team colleagues to manage the RHS email calendar, leading on the send of customer-facing communications such as newsletters and flower show promotions.
You will also work collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation to support their data needs and email scheduling requirements.
You will be enthused by data and the possibilities it presents, managing data lists from various sources, undertaking data manipulation and segmentation; as well as reporting on email engagement.
You will support the Marketing Automation Manager with the management of automated email platforms e.g.
Dot Digital, Microsoft Customer Insights, including with the build of automated email programmes.
This is an exciting time to join us as we finalise the set-up of new organisation-wide CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365.
You will support with CRM integration work, pulling CRM data queries, building marketing lists, managing GDPR preferences, data imports and syncing across systems.
The most important and essential experience, skills and attributes required for the Marketing Automation Asso c iate role are Experience of working with ESP and Marketing Automation Software (e.g.
Campaign Monitor, Dot Digital, Iterable, Microsoft Customer Insights or similar) Experience and enthusiasm of working with data Broader experience and understanding of CRM would be advantageous, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
