You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal and European teams, and meticulously tracking performance to ensure continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands-on and results-oriented marketer to make a significant impact on our business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the local marketing plan, aligned with the go to market strategy and broader group strategy, to achieve sales targets and enhance brand awareness.Lead and coordinate marketing activities across various channels (digital, print, distribution, exhibitions and events, etc.)
to generate high-quality leads and position Carlisle as a market leader in performance and solutions.Collaborate effectively with local sales, product, and other relevant teams to promote offerings and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Liaise with the central European marketing team to maintain brand consistency and design guidelines.Oversee the consistent implementation of the corporate identity across all marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and packaging.Create engaging marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition of Carlisle products and services to clients, customers, and prospects whilst working within budgets.Create and analyse the performance of all marketing campaigns, including budgeting, SEO, social media, lead generation metrics, in collaboration with CRM specialists, using data-driven insights to optimise future activities.Utilise the Carlisle Operating System (COS) lean methodologies in all relevant tasks and projects to ensure efficiency, continuous improvement and best practice.Marketing/Bachelor's degree, ideally within a relevant subject, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of proven marketing experience ideally within the construction industry.Demonstrable ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Strong understanding of the construction industry and its key players.Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Creative thinker with a hands-on approach and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of the UK and the European team.Continuous improvement is deeply ingrained in our company culture.
