THE OPPORTUNITY Our footprint within the institutional market across the UK and EMEA region is expanding rapidly and as a Marketing Executive, you will be part of the UK & EMEA Marketing team.
You will drive, support and participate in a variety of marketing & communications initiatives and campaigns, providing you with the opportunity to engage in a wide range of projects.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, with 2-3 years marketing experience within the financial industry.
You will be required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to build strong relationships internally across departments and also with external vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES Support the existing team (Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Associate) with the execution of marketing campaign plans, including: External/third party events management Collaborate with external event organisers to secure speaking roles for CA experts at relevant industry events Evaluate industry event invitations and sponsorship opportunities to determine whether value-add to business priorities Speaker management Internal events:
Organising smaller CA-led events such as client lunches/breakfasts etc Coordinate on-site arrangements for relevant meetings/events Liaise with regional CA stakeholders across GIS/GIR and BD Digital:
Assist in updating and maintain our UK/EMEA website pages using WordPress Assist Senior Marketing Associate with developing digital ad campaigns Liase with our external website support to refresh our paid for searches on a regular basis Social Media Oversee our LinkedIn presence and manage what posts need to be published when etc Create posts Graphics via Canva Writing Publicising via Hootsuite Reporting:
Regularly performance reporting of marketing activities and be able to give high level updates on wider global marketing meetings Contribute to new marketing initiatives and projects Use email marketing system to create and send emails, newsletters, etc.
Rolling out a Dynamics based marketing email plan for relevant regions Create a new marketing newsletter for internal and external mail-outs Serve as our local brand guardian by supporting a continuous audit process to ensure adherence to our guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing assets and collateral Assist in ad hoc marketing projects such as producing marketing communications / materials and content for use in marketing campaigns and BAU activity.
Ensure all materials and content are in full compliance with the communications process and are free from any legal, technical or regulatory breach or error.
QUALIFICATIONS Experience in a marketing role within the financial industry is required Strong organisational, time-management and administrative skills Experience of working on websites and SEO Strong digital and social media skills including creating multi-media assets for LinkedIn posts Demonstrated integrity and initiative Ability to both collaborate with different teams across the firm and work independently Strong interpersonal skills Attention to detail Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office programs Proven marketing experience within the financial industry and a working knowledge of the financial services industry German Language beneficial but not required Please submit cover letter and resume for consideration The firm is committed to the concept and practice of equal employment opportunity, and will not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status.
