Your Role: As a Marketing Assistant , you'll support the implementation of marketing campaigns and collaborate with our sales team to enhance customer engagement.
You'll play an important role in communicating our mission, reaching new audiences, and promoting our energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
Support lead generation efforts by producing targeted marketing materials and tracking customer interest.
Help organise promotional events and engage directly with potential customers to introduce our energy services.
General Administration: Maintain and update marketing databases to ensure customer information is accurate and relevant.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and outreach.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

What We're Looking For: To excel as a Marketing Assistant at Route Two, you'll need: Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
A creative mindset and interest in sustainability and renewable energy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confidence in engaging with customers, both online and face-to-face.
Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic IT tools.
