We're seeking a full-time, fully remote Marketing and Communications Executive to support our continued growth in the UK.
The salary band for this role is £24,000 to £34,000.

What You'll Do Reporting to the Head of Communications and People, you will be closely involved in the company's external and internal marketing activities and will help execute our marketing implementation plan for the business.
Your responsibilities will include: Executing our digital marketing activities, with assistance and direction from the Head of Communications and People.
Generating demand for our solutions by executing new marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Implementing our marketing strategy including website, blog content, SEO etc.
Liaising with other teams within the business to build customer success stories and deliver internal communications.
Managing social media accounts and establishing a strong social media presence.
Helping to organise, market, and host offline events.
Contributing to the design of marketing creatives for campaigns, events, and PR.
Assisting the Head of Communications and People with internal communications.
Copy editing and proofing internal memos, emails, and documentation.
Liaising with employees across the business to provide information on internal campaigns where needed.
Maintaining brand standards throughout all communication.
Assisting in innovating ways to communicate our brand to existing and new customers.
Helping keep our brand fresh ahead of our competition in the UK.
Effectively communicating using our employer branding.
Measuring and understanding analytics relating to marketing activities.
Monitoring and reporting on website analytics.
Making proactive suggestions for future campaigns using metrics from previous campaigns.
What You'll Need We require you to: Have two to four years of experience in marketing; B2B marketing experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Hold a degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related discipline.
Be comfortable learning and using a range of marketing tools (Semrush, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp).
