The Role This role will be responsible for driving and delivering marketing plans.
It will be broad in nature reporting into our London based Marketing team working closely with them to translate Gravitas marketing strategy and new business processes locally.
This will include many aspects of marketing from writing copy running events developing CRM data and support with sales pitches and will likely also include sector ownership nationally for education and charities.
This is an exciting role for an independent person looking to deepen and develop broad marketing and sales experience and requires an ability to represent the broader marketing team at a local level.
Key Responsibilities: Brand: Support the team office and local events and activity with necessary branded materials adhering to the Gravita values and following brand guidelines Content: Write relevant articles/presentations for key sectors/local activity and support partners with tender documents using Gravitas templates Data and reporting: Work with data team to keep our CRM updated with client data new prospects and introducer contact details Networking events and building relationships: Identify relevant conferences/events for team to attend to drive high quality prospects and develop relationships with introducers and be prepared to attend some events with team Office events: Plan execution and follow up of seminars/events in the office Sectors: Lead one/two of Gravitas key sectors from this office (which compliments the offices clients and partners expertise) and work closely with the partners and central marketing team to develop campaigns including: Articles Videos/maybe podcasts Short form and long form emails Social media posts One pagers Direct mail Webinars/events Qualifications Knowledge & Experience: Proven experience in a growth focused business in a sales BD or Marketing role Able to work with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority and support them (with central marketing team) to develop ideas and campaigns Organized and structured approach to running campaigns Excellent interpersonal skills across all methods of communication Comfortable producing copy for a variety of mediums Ability to present to a variety of internal audiences to include board members Your Career with Gravita When you join Gravita well support you on your own growth journey.

The Nitty Gritty Our standard working week is a 37.5hour week on a hybrid basis (with up to 50% of your time across the month home based and the other 50% office based) Core working hours are 10am 4pm Monday to Friday Flexible working and happy employees are at the top of our list here at Gravita and we have been working hard to support our teams through the fastpaced changes.
